- AuthorizeThe account owner grants access through the platform's own authorization (OAuth).
- Bind to one brandThe authorized target (a Page, a professional account, a channel) is bound to exactly one brand.
- ApproveEvery external publishing action waits for a person. No connection enables autonomous publishing.
- Publish at the boundaryOnly where publishing is activated and authorized for that platform.
- ReceiptEach action produces a receipt from the provider.
- Read resultsOutcome data for published content is read back for the results loop.

One view of provider connections, capability health and missing configuration, so a gap shows up as a task instead of a failed post.
YouTube. Channel access is requested to identify the channels the authorized Google account controls (read-only channel discovery), to associate the selected channel with one WAE brand, and, once the required YouTube API audit is completed and public publishing is authorized, to upload on that channel's behalf and read its analytics. Until then uploads stay private, and the Google connection path remains fail-closed until WAE's Google Cloud configuration exists. WAE does not claim that Google or YouTube has verified, audited or approved the application.
Facebook and Instagram. Governed publication, readback and outcome collection are built. A current Meta authorization is not established, so no live connection is claimed today.
