WAE Agentic Media OS · Approvals and receipts
Nothing consequential happens without a person. Everything leaves a receipt.
Agentic Media OS can prepare, check and recommend. A person decides, and every approval, cost and publication leaves a receipt.

Governance you can show, not just promise.
Automation is only useful to a media business if it can be trusted with the brand. In WAE Agentic Media OS that trust comes from three things: a person's decision, a limit on spend, and a record of what happened.
- Approval queue
- A controlled review and decision workspace for governed changes and approvals. Approval is a gate, not a notification: nothing consequential proceeds until a person decides.
- Cost governor
- Policy and runtime inspection for controlled AI and infrastructure spend, so generation work runs inside limits a person set. How the governor works internally is not published.
- Receipts
- Every approval, cost and publication leaves a receipt. Publishing actions at a platform produce a provider receipt, so what happened can be shown rather than remembered.
- System audit
- Read-only, machine-checked audit behaviour with bounded redaction: the record can be inspected without exposing what should stay private.
- Governed data intake
- Bulk intake is bound to a manifest, with deterministic authorization, receipts, audit, reconciliation and idempotent replay, so the same import twice does not create two histories.
- Roles
- A platform owner controls what may be activated and cannot be bypassed by operator flows; an internal operator runs brands inside their own scope. A customer workspace is the productization path and is not available today.
One decision, end to end.
The path a single publishing decision takes through the governed part of the system.
Prepared
A draft or a generation request is prepared inside one brand's scope, with its Brand DNA and Content Memory context.
Checked
What matters to the decision travels with it: rule flags from Brand DNA, repetition context from Content Memory, and the recorded cost.
Decided
A person approves, holds or sends it back. The decision is the gate.
Executed at the boundary
Execution stops at the provider boundary. Publishing is activation-gated per platform, and each publish produces a receipt.
Recorded
Approval, cost and provider result are kept for audit, and the outcome feeds the results loop.
A receipt that already exists in public.
The public state review records one governed Facebook publication on 2026-09-19, with its receipts and outcome collection. A current Meta authorization is not established today, so no live Facebook connection is claimed. Status per platform is on the integrations page.
The same discipline runs through this website: every public figure links to its record in the evidence registry.
Where this stands today
From the public state review of 2026-10-18. The system runs as an Access-protected hosted deployment (single operator, pre-production). This page reports recorded evidence; it is not a live service-status monitor.
- Approval queue
- Recorded capability in the hosted deployment; human approval is governed.
- Cost truth and governor
- Hosted record. External metering and pricing are not decided or published.
- Provider receipts
- Hosted record.
- Publishing boundary
- Activation-gated, per platform.
- External customers
- Not yet onboarded. The early-access list records interest; it does not reserve a place.
