WAE Agentic Media OS · Brand DNA

Every brand's rules, approved once and checked every time.

Brand DNA keeps each brand's approved voice, rules and boundaries in one registry, and checks every draft against them before anyone publishes.

Wait for it. This red fox hunts under snow by listening for mice. It can hear them from 40 metres away.

How Brand DNA works.

In Agentic Media OS a brand is a governed record, not a mood board. Its rules have an owner, a version and an approval, and they are applied where the work happens.

  1. Declare

The brand owner declares the profile: who the brand is for, how it speaks, what it covers and what it never does. It sits in the Brand Registry next to the brand's channels and history.

  2. Approve

Profiles move through an explicit approved-state lifecycle, so it is always clear which state of a brand's rules is the approved one, and who approved it.

  3. Check

Drafts are checked against the approved rules before anyone publishes. A flag points at the rule it concerns, so the reviewer isn't re-reading the whole brand guide from memory.

  4. Carry forward

Every decision opens inside the brand's registry entry, with its identity, its DNA and its prior decisions, instead of a blank prompt.

The problems it answers.

These come from operating real brands, not from a feature list.

Which version of the rules is current?
A brand guide in a shared folder drifts from what the team actually does. The Registry makes the approved state explicit, so there is one reference.
Rules nobody opens
Rules that live in a document are checked from memory, if at all. Brand DNA is checked against the draft itself, every time.
Drift as output grows
With more posts, more people and more channels, small departures add up. That is WAE's own first-party account of running five brands at once.
Hand-overs
A new teammate inherits the approved profile and its history, not a folder of screenshots.

The registry is the brand's home in the system.

Each brand has one Brand Registry entry. Its channels connect to it, its content is remembered against it in Content Memory, and its decisions on Today start from it. A connected platform account binds to exactly one brand, so one brand's rules never leak into another's work.

Brand DNA is a name for the rules, not a black box. It does not write the brand for you and it does not replace the person who owns the brand: it keeps what that person approved and applies it consistently. How the checks are implemented is not published.

Where this stands today

From the public state review of 2026-10-18. The system runs as an Access-protected hosted deployment (single operator, pre-production). This page reports recorded evidence; it is not a live service-status monitor.

Brand Registry
Hosted record: recorded in the hosted deployment as founder-declared brand profiles with an explicit approved-state lifecycle.
Brand DNA
Hosted record. Used today on WAE Media’s own brands.
Checks before publishing
Drafts are checked before anyone publishes; nothing is published without a person’s decision, and live publishing is activation-gated per platform.
