WAE Agentic Media OS · How it works
Five connected planes. One loop that remembers.
A plain-language explanation of how WAE Agentic Media OS is put together: five connected planes, the things you work with, and the loop that joins them.
WAE is not yet onboarding external customers. Joining the list records your interest.
A concept diagram, not a live screen. The recorded state of every module is on the system record.
Five connected planes, not a list of features.
Agentic Media OS holds together as five planes, each with its own job. The module names and states below are the recorded states from the system record, reviewed 2026-10-18. "Hosted record" means the module is recorded in the Access-protected, single-operator, pre-production hosted deployment; it does not mean production availability.
Experience and authority
Where people work and where they decide. A platform owner controls what may be activated, an internal operator runs brands inside their own scope, and nothing consequential proceeds without a person's decision.

Memory and identity
What the system knows before anything is written: each brand's approved rules (Brand DNA) and every asset with its identity and its result (Content Memory), with the performance history behind them.

Decision intelligence
Turns that memory into the next decision: what needs attention today and the next recommended action, each with the history that explains it. Prediction (Hit Discovery) stays on the research boundary.

Execution and providers
Carries approved work out: generation with its cost recorded, and publishing at each platform's boundary. Publishing is activation-gated per platform, and each action produces a receipt.

Learning and evidence
Brings results back: outcomes are observed, compared with what was planned and kept as lessons that update memory. Evidence and provenance keep each claim inspectable.

The things you work with.
Six objects carry the work from one plane to the next. Each has its own page in depth.
- Brand
- A governed record, not a mood board: the brand's voice, rules and boundaries, with an owner, a version and an approval. Brand DNA
- Asset
- A piece of content with one identity, its history and its result, so repeats and near-repeats show up while there is still time to change them. Content Memory
- Draft
- Work prepared inside one brand's scope and checked against its Brand DNA and Content Memory before anyone decides. Today
- Decision and approval
- A person approves, holds or sends it back. Approval is a gate, not a notification. Approvals and receipts
- Receipt
- Every approval, cost and publication leaves a receipt, so what happened can be shown rather than remembered. Approvals and receipts
- Result and lesson
- Where publishing is activated, the outcome comes back, is compared with the plan and is kept as a lesson that shapes the next recommendation. Results loop
One loop, end to end.
Memory before creation, authority before execution, evidence after publication. To click through it with sample data, try the loop.
Memory
The decision opens inside a brand's record: its rules, its past content and what that content did.
Decision
The system surfaces what needs attention and recommends the next action, with the history that explains it.
Human approval
A person approves, holds or sends it back. Nothing consequential proceeds without that decision.
Execution
Approved work is carried out at the provider boundary, where publishing is activated and authorized, and leaves a receipt.
Result
Performance comes back as data and is compared with what was planned. The gap is recorded, not hidden.
Lesson
What was learned updates memory and feeds the next decision. The loop closes.
What we do not publish.
This page explains the system at the level of concepts. WAE does not publish:
- Model internals
- Prompts
- Scoring weights
- Authorization internals
- Customer data
The first three are WAE's intellectual property. Authorization internals stay private because publishing them would weaken the security they provide. Customer and account data belongs to its owner and is never shown on this site.
What is public is the state of the system: what is built, what is gated and where it stops. The full status is on the system record.
Where this stands today
From the public state review of 2026-10-18. The system runs as an Access-protected hosted deployment (single operator, pre-production). This page reports recorded evidence; it is not a live service-status monitor.
- Platform publishing
- Provider-specific activation and approval gates.
- Prediction (Hit Discovery)
- Research boundary.
- Customer workspace
- Productization path; not available today.
- External customers
- Not yet onboarded. The early-access list records interest; it does not reserve a place.

Be first when external access opens.
WAE is preparing external access for teams that run several brands or channels. Join the list and WAE will write when a place opens.
