How WAE writes, checks and corrects.

The rules behind everything WAE publishes on this site: where figures come from, who approves, how films are labelled, and how mistakes are corrected.

The standards, and where to check them.

These are working rules, not slogans. Where a rule can be seen applied on this site, it links there.

  1. Every figure comes from the evidence registry.

Before WAE says anything about its history, its figures or what the press wrote, it goes back to the original source and writes what that source says, without understating or overstating it.

A figure appears only where WAE has already published it with its source and its limits, and it links to that record.

A new figure enters the evidence registry first, and every article ends with its sources.

  2. AI drafts. A person approves.

Articles are drafted with AI assistance, then reviewed and approved by WAE before anything is published.

Nothing goes out without that approval.

In WAE Agentic Media OS, nothing consequential proceeds without a person's decision: approval is a gate, not a notification, and every approval, cost and publication leaves a receipt.

WAE runs its own websites the same way, from one control panel where publishing waits for approval.

  3. AI-generated films are labelled.

Films from the WAE brands are AI-generated digital cinema and are always labelled so.

No WAE property presents AI-generated footage as documentary evidence of real events.

  4. Corrections and editor’s notes.

When an evidence record is corrected or re-scoped, it is published as a new revision, and the record states what changed and why.

Archived articles keep their original text as a historical record. Where that text is out of date or misstates a fact, WAE adds a dated editor’s note above it instead of rewriting it.

Claims that were corrected are not used again.

  5. No comparisons with other companies.

WAE writes about its own work and its own records. It does not publish comparisons with other companies.

  6. Events are dated to who did them.

WAE Media, LLC was formed on 16 February 2026 (Delaware, File No. 10513185).

Events before that date were the work of Omar Sherif and his brands, before the company existed, and WAE describes them that way.
